On exercise
I should mention that I am terrible at exercise.  Well, not really.  I am terrible at getting off the couch, away from my computer/tv, and downstairs to the treadmill.  I know I love working out, because the semester I had phys ed in high school was the best I’d felt in years.  I just lack the initial motivation. I’ve made it a goal this past week to work out at least 3 days a week....
